Class Registration & Payment Notice

• Advanced registration is required. Please register at least 3 days prior to the start of a program.
• To qualify for Tulane or Reily member rates, you must have a valid ID.
• The Department of Campus Recreation reserves the right to cancel instructional programs.

Payment

• Cash, Visa, Master Card, and checks payable to Tulane University are accepted.
• Payroll deductions and Tulane Student ID charges are not accepted.
• Gift Certificates are available.

Refund Policies

• 100% refund if requested within 3 business days before the first class or if cancelled by the department.
• 90% refund if cancelled less than 3 business days before the first class.
• 75% refund prior to the second scheduled class.
• No refund after the second scheduled class.
• No refund on one day classes or trips.
• You must apply for a refund in person at Reily Member Services.
• Allow approximately four weeks for processing refunds. No exceptions.
