Fitness and Wellness

U.S. Physical Activity Guidelines for adults recommend 150-minutes per week of aerobic activity at a moderate intensity level and muscle strengthening activities for all major muscle groups twice a week. Let the Fitness and Wellness Department at Reily help you to achieve these goals! Reily has options for all ages, schedules, and abilities. Through our fitness programs increase your strength, flexibility and aerobic capacity. Our wellness offerings help you to assess and improve your overall health and well-being.
