LUNCH TIME CLASSES Lunch Express classes are designed to give you a great workout and get you back to work on time!!! So no excuses!!! We now have seven classes over your lunch hour to choose from. They are scheduled for the full hour but stop in and leave at any time and get a great workout!!! PiYo (Pilates and Yoga), BRAND NEW THIS SEMESTER: Not sure if you want to try Pilates or Yoga? Try both! This class takes the best of Pilates and Yoga and puts them in one great class! Stretch and flex your way to greater flexibility and a stronger core, as we mix up the two disciplines for combined stretching and strengthening. Find true balance in your mind and body by indulging in this one hour core strength and total body flexibility class. Offered on M, W, and F from 12-1pm. F.I.T Xpress: (Functional Integrated Training) this is an hour of heart pounding, fat-burning, muscle building workout. Over your lunch hour you will get cardio, strength, balance and flexibility training in a fun, high energy class. Offered on T, and TH from 12-1pm. SPINNING: This is a great workout for those seasoned fitness enthusiasts or those just starting out. So come and energize yourself for the rest of your day. Offered T, and TH from 12-1pm. Fat Tuesday Ever wonder what percent body fat you are but didn't like the thought of someone pinching you with those calipers? Meet Tanita, a Body Composition Analyzer that is as non-invasive as a bathroom scale but highly sophisticated and extremely accurate. Tanita measures everything from fat to fat free mass and muscle mass right down to one side of the body versus the other. It even allows you to calculate a target body fat ratio. This "Fat Tuesday" program will allow you to spot check yourself or monitor your progress toward your fitness goals. Click on flyer below for schedule.
